HUSTLE HOMEWORK 6:30PM-7:30PM MONDAY AND THURSDAY
After school program for kids to be active, stay safe, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! It will run for 60 minute sessions twice per week-on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. Involves game/sport activities, learning weightlifting techniques, and circuit training. Hustle Homework also includes nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance.
WERQ 6PM-7PM TUESDAY AND FRIDAY EVENINGS
WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. Our mission is to create a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community.
POUND 5:30PM-6:30PM THURSDAY EVENINGS
POUND is a 45 minute cardio and toning class using light weighted drumsticks. This class is SUPER FUN, high energy, but also great for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Modifications are shown throughout.
TRIFECTA 8:30AM SATURDAY MORNINGS
TRIFECTA is a 45 minute HIIT style class where we will use a variety of hand weights to target upper body, core, and lower body. This class is also for ALL levels - you choose your weights and how many reps during the 45 seconds of active time.
